Documentation for our devices are organized into the following sections.

Hardware User Manuals

Hardware User Manuals allow customers to become familiar with:

  • Wiring requirements
  • Power requirements
  • Electrical specifications
  • Mounting suggestions
  • General feature set and basic setup

Devices that require a User Manual will host them directly on the product page.
Look for the  Hardwareicon on the top-right corner of a given product page

Phoenix v5 and Phoenix Pro Documentation

The hardware devices that support CAN bus connectivity are supported in software by CTR-Electronics Phoenix v5 and Phoenix Pro.
