All orders are currently shipped via UPS.

Freight or Palletized shipping can be arranged for large orders within the US.

Please contact sales@ctr-electronics.com for large order quantities or custom shipping requirements.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Times

Shipping times for all methods are valid from the date the order is fulfilled.
Orders placed M-F by 1:00pm Eastern US Time for in-stock products typically ship the same day.
Orders placed during holidays will ship the next business day.

Product Restrictions

Please note that some products (such as batteries) may only be shipped using certain methods or to certain destinations.
Any products with shipping restrictions will have the restrictions noted on the product page.

International Shipping

Transit Times

CTR Electronics currently offers the below international shipping methods from UPS. Note the shipping times are estimated from the date UPS receives the package from our fulfillment facility, which is NOT necessarily the date the order is placed.

  • UPS® Standard (approx. 3-7 business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited® (2-5 business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver® (1-3 business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Express® (1-3 business days, typically before 10:30 am or Noon)

Customs and Brokerage

Orders placed for delivery outside the US include only the cost of goods and chosen carrier shipping.  Shipping costs charged at checkout DO NOT include carrier brokerage costs or other costs related to package import.

The recipient is responsible for ALL import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees that may be applied once the package reaches the border of the destination country.

The customs clearance process must be done on the customer's side.  Most carriers offer customs broker assistance - please contact your shipment carrier for additional information.

Errors and Damages in Shipment

Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or damaged items due to shipping must be in writing and received by Cross The Road Electronics within 10 days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.  For any shipping related claims under this policy please email: sales@ctr-electronics.com
