We ship products via UPS.  We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time for in-stock products will ship the same business day.

Online ordering is provided for convenience and for evaluation of our products. Large orders may require special shipping considerations and must be pre-arranged.

International Orders

Orders placed for delivery outside the US include the cost of goods and chosen carrier shipping.
The buyer/recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees that may be applied once the package reaches the border of the destination country.

The customs clearance process must be done on the customer's side.  Most carriers offer customs broker assistance - please contact your shipment carrier for additional information.

Return Policy

Returns of Unopened products are accepted for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All Programming/Software purchases are non-refundable.

To initiate a product return, email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and fill out an RMA form.
