Shipping Errors & Damaged Products
Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or damaged items due to shipping must be in writing and received by Cross The Road Electronics within 10 days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order. Cross The Road Electronics, LLC warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use as described in the product manual and within the limits specified in any applicable data sheet(s).
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damage, or robot competition damage.
To make a claim under this policy, email: email@example.com describing in detail the issue with the product under warranty. Also include the date of purchase/receipt and where the product was purchased from. Once we determine the product to be under warranty, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the product return. We will not accept any product returned to us without a valid RMA number and completed RMA form. Once the product is returned, we will repair or replace the item under warranty at our discretion.

Cross The Road Electronics, LLC does not provide repair services to products Out of Warranty: The term "Out of Warranty" applies to products whose warranty period has expired or products whose failure was caused by factors other than defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship.
