The WCP 20DP Pocketed Aluminum Spur Gears deliver exceptional strength, precision, and weight savings for FRC drivetrains, manipulators, elevators, and mobile automation systems. Machined from durable 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hard anodize, these gears provide reliable performance under continuous load while significantly reducing overall system weight.

Each spur gear is pocketed to a .090 inch web thickness, achieving an average 50 percent weight reduction without compromising durability. These gears have been proven for years on elite FRC teams, including applications that demanded aggressive power transmission and fast acceleration.

With 20DP, a 14.5 degree pressure angle, and standardized 3/8 inch face widths, every gear in the lineup is fully interchangeable for fast ratio tuning and modular gearbox design. Available in 1/2 inch hex bores, these gears integrate directly with common hex shafts for simple assembly.
