Warranty and Returns

Warranty Policy

Cross The Road Electronics, LLC warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use as described in the product manual and within the limits specified in any applicable data sheet(s).

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damage, or robot competition damage.

To make a claim under this policy, email: support@ctr-electronics.com describing in detail the issue with the product under warranty.  Also include the date of purchase/receipt and where the product was purchased from.  Once we determine the product to be under warranty, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the product return.  We will not accept any product returned to us without a valid RMA number and completed RMA form.  Once the product is returned, we will repair or replace the item under warranty at our discretion.

Return Policy

Returns of unopened products are accepted within 10 days of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. If boxes or packing materials are damaged in a way that prevents the product from being repackaged for resale, a restocking fee may be charged.

All Programming/Software purchases are non-refundable.
To initiate a product return, email sales@ctr-electronics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and fill out an RMA form.
