PlanetaryX 180 Degree Gearbox Conversion Kit

The PX 180 Degree Gearbox is a compact mounting solution for the PlanetaryX that brings the motor alongside the gearbox instead of extending straight out from it.

The PX 180 Degree Gearbox is a single plate that bolts directly to the PlanetaryX Input Block and redirects power through either a belt and pulley or a gear pair. This layout can reduce the overall package length and provides more flexibility when packaging mechanisms in tight spaces.

Belt or Gear Drive

The 2.552" center-to-center spacing supports both belt-and-pulley and gear configurations.

For gear-driven setups, the spacing is designed around a 102T gear configuration. Belt-and-pulley setups can also be used at the same center spacing, allowing the drive method to be selected based on the needs of the mechanism.

Mounting

The PX 180 Degree Gearbox bolts directly to the PlanetaryX Input Block. It can also be integrated into standard FRC structures using WCP Bearing Blocks and the 1/2" Pitch Spacing Standard.
