WCP 10DP Aluminum Gear Rack

The 10DP Aluminum Gear Rack is designed to support precise and controlled powered linear motion in FRC robot applications. This gear rack provides positional control that offers an alternative to pneumatic systems and cable operated linear motion. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, it balances low weight with structural strength for use in robotic mechanisms.

This gear rack features a 10DP tooth pitch and a length of 35.5 inches. The design allows racks to be stacked end to end for extended travel distances, and multiple racks can also be stacked to increase gear face width. This makes the system adaptable for a wide range of linear motion designs where repeatable and controlled movement is required.
