The Gadgeteer Driver Module provides six low-side outputs, each with a peak current rating of 5A. It expands HERO's capability to control high-current loads such as solenoids, motors (on/off), and LED strips. The channels are controlled using general purpose outputs on any HERO Y connector, and each channel has an LED indicator. Output wires connect easily via push-in terminal blocks. A V+ rail connection is available to protect against high voltage inductive spikes.
