WCP Stubbed Roller Shafts are part of the WCP Stub Roller System, a highly modular solution that allows teams to build a wide range of roller configurations for robotics applications. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum, these stub shafts provide a lightweight yet robust foundation for roller assemblies. The stubbed design enables quick installation and removal using the stub wrench and included mounting bolt, helping simplify maintenance and adjustments during build or competition.
Each stub shaft features a #10 clearance hole and a pre-installed #10-32 nut on the shoulder end, providing a secure and consistent mounting method for rollers. The system supports multiple end hub options, including pulley end hubs, SplineXL end hubs, and regular end hubs, allowing teams to configure powered rollers with belts or gears or set them up as idler rollers as needed.
