Gift Cards- Terms & Conditions

Eligible Platform: Gift cards are issued by CTR Electronics and are redeemable only for eligible merchandise and services sold on our official website at ctr-electronics.com.
Geographic Restrictions & Purchase Eligibility: Gift cards are exclusively offered for sale to customers residing within the United States and are denominated in US Dollars (USD). International customers are strictly prohibited from purchasing gift cards on our US storefront. Gift cards purchased from our US store can only be redeemed on our US website CTR-Electroncis.com for orders shipped to valid United States addresses. They are void where prohibited, cannot be redeemed on any international subsidiary domains or regional storefronts, and cannot be used with retail wholesale partners. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any gift card order suspected of originating from outside the United States.

In compliance with federal and applicable state laws, gift cards do not expire.
No dormancy, maintenance, administrative, or service fees will be charged against the unused balance of your gift card.

Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, resold, exchanged for cash, or applied as payment on any account, except where required by applicable state law.
Certain US states (such as California) mandate that gift card balances under a specific threshold (e.g., $10.00) may be redeemed for cash upon request by the consumer. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, you may contact our customer support team at sales@ctr-electronics.com.

Gift cards function like cash. Treat your gift card code with care.
CTR Electronics is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
If a digital gift card was sent to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser due to a typographical error, please contact customer support immediately at sales@ctr-electronics.com. We reserve the right to void the original code and issue a replacement to the corrected address only if the original code has not yet been redeemed.

No Gift Card Recycling: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or prepaid cards.
Promotional Exclusions: General store-wide discount codes, promotional coupons, or referral credits cannot be applied to the standalone purchase of a gift card unless expressly permitted during a specific promotional event.
Load Limits: Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds once the initial balance has been depleted. To make further purchases, a new gift card or standard payment method must be used.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card purchase, redemption, or associated order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized acquisition, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
CTR Electronics reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card obtained fraudulently or through unauthorized channels.

You may check your remaining gift card balance at any time by logging into your customer account on CTR-Electroncis.com or by contacting our customer support team at sales@ctr-electronics.com.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTR ELECTRONICS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In the event that a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy—and our sole liability—shall be the replacement of such gift card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties; if these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers may not apply.

These Terms and your purchase and use of a gift card shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting the updated terms on our Site. Any changes will apply to new gift cards purchased after the effective date of the update.
